Sales Terms

Please read entirely, if placing an order, you will be asked to acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms during the checkout process.

Ordering

Please make sure to check our availability calendar before ordering to avoid cancellation of your order. All orders placed within 7 days of your homecoming date will incur a rush order fee. Rush fees depend on the level of package ordered for your mum or garter. If your order falls within this timeframe, please contact us before placing your order.

Please ensure that you have proofread all text and name spellings at the time of placing your order. If after you have placed your order you discover an issue or need to make a name change, please contact us prior to 7 days before your Homecoming date.

Refund Policy

All our homecoming mums and garters are custom made for the individual and we begin creating when the order is placed, therefore, no cancellation or refund is available after 24 hours. If you have questions concerning this policy please contact us at info@rgmums.com. Please note minor changes to your order such as adding a dates name etc. may be available up to 14 days before your homecoming date, contact us for more details.

Payment Options

Homecoming Mum & Garter Order Payment Options:

1) Pay in full at time of purchase via Zelle (preferred), Venmo, or Cash no matter when purchased

2) February & March Orders Only - Pay in four equal installments - 25% non-refundable deposit at time of purchase with second payment due April 1st, third payment due June 1st and final payment due August 1st - Zelle (preferred), Venmo, or Cash only.

3) April & May Orders Only - Pay in three equal installments - 33% non-refundable deposit at time of purchase with second payment due June 1st, and final payment due August 1st - Zelle (preferred), Venmo, or Cash only.

4) June & July Orders Only - Pay in two equal installments - 50% non-refundable deposit at time of purchase with final payment due August 1st - Zelle (preferred), Venmo, or Cash only.

5) All orders after July 30, 2024 require full payment at time of purchase.

We appreciate you paying with Zelle if possible to help us keep our prices as low as possible. You will receive instructions for payment at checkout.

Order Pick-Up

Pick up is the week of your school's scheduled homecoming date in Argyle, Texas. You will receive pick up instructions on the Monday of your homecoming week. If your school does a carnival or special event you need earlier in the week, please message us before ordering to ensure availability. Orders received prior to June 30, 2024, will be available August 15th if desired.

If you need to make other arrangements, the earlier you order your mum the more flexibility with alternative pick up options.

Damage to any item after pick up are not subject to repair or replacement, but can be included at the discretion of RG Mums. We ask that you inspect your mum and/or garter prior to leaving to confirm name spellings and other accuracy. It is our desire that everyone is satisfied with homecoming items so please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Shipping Information

Homecoming Mum and Garters

In order to best serve our local clients, we do not ship any mums or garters with the exception of mini mums and garters ordered before June 30, 2024 (please contact us before ordering).

We do welcome and have clients from other areas of Texas pick up their mum or garter locally from us prior to their homecoming. If this applies to you, please leave us a note in the comments and the date you will need to pick up.

Picture Use

All of the pictures on this website are our own unpublished work and the terms of use conditions below apply. We do use pictures of finished mums on our website and social media platforms to help our clients design the mum or garter of their dreams. If you would not like your finished mum or garter displayed on our website, social media or any other marketing materials please indicate this in the comments section when ordering.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only. This information is collected via Ecwid. You are also given the option to opt into our newsletter at time of checkout that information will be collected via both Wix and Ecwid. When you subscribe to our e-mail subscription, we will collect your name and e-mail address to send you notifications of HOCO ordering and specials and homecoming tips & tutorials. This information is collected via Wix. When you use the contact form on our contacts page we collect your name and e-mail address to respond to your inquiry. This information is collected via Wix. We use Paypal to process and store credit card information, using Paypal secure transfer protocols.

Why do we collect your information?

We collect such non-personal and personal Information for the following purposes:

To provide and operate our services;
To provide our customers with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
To send our subscribers newsletters
To be able to contact our subscribers with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages and/or homecoming tips & tutorials for both DIY crafters and homecoming business owners

Our company is hosted on Wix.com and ECWID.com. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s and ECWID's data storage, databases and general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

How do we communicate with site visitors?

We may contact you to clarify any questions we have about your order, to confirm pick up, and to collect fees or monies owed. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone and text messages. For our subscribers only, we will send notifications and newletters based on the categories you select when opting into our newsletter. For these purposes we may contact you via email.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. Newsletters

On the Website, you may subscribe to our newsletter, which may be used for advertising purposes. All newsletters sent may contain tracking pixels.
